SIDE SUCTION HOOD
Side Draught Hood is an user-friendly design which facilitate scrap charging by magnet with moving the hood.
Another major advantage of this design is that Hood can be at a position of suction at most of the working time.
Its Movement is mechanized through Swiveling arrangement, and guide roller provides an extra support to the top duct. U can adjustably rotate (left-right) the hood through wireless remote or control desk which gives electrical energy to Swiveling System.
DOG HOUSE SUCTION
Dog House is a special type of mechanical device consist of steel to capture the combustion product, fumes, smoke. Scrap charging through vibro feeder, melting and material tapping can be possible with this Dog House at suitable position. It is user-friendly, hassle free with a capturing efficiency of 99% of the fumes.
It is movable with motorized geared mechanism, from one crucible to another (which one in operation), control through VFD Panel & remote.
Insulated with ceramic fibre blanket, fixed by anchor.
